1. Service
Jam & Nuts scans the Gmail account you connect to find invoices and receipts, and packages them into accountant-ready ZIP archives. A free plan is available; Jam & Nuts Pro includes a larger history window, more connected mailboxes and automatic collection.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have authority to grant access to the Gmail account you connect.
3. Subscription and billing
Jam & Nuts Pro is billed at $12 a month through PayPal and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. We do not refund partial months.
4. Gmail access
You grant Jam & Nuts permission to read your Gmail in order to find financial documents, and to create a draft or send the monthly packet. You can revoke it at any time from your Google account permissions page.
5. Accuracy
Jam & Nuts uses an AI model to classify emails and it will not be perfect. Review the packet before it reaches your accountant. Jam & Nuts is not a tax advisor and gives no tax advice.
6. Limitation of liability
Jam & Nuts is provided as is. We are not liable for missed documents, incorrect classification, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
